Service Description

Senior Brush Painters (originally Monday Painters) was founded in the 1980s as part of the Soukan Art Society. The activities began at the Soukan Service House. Painting was done in a stage space and experts were consulted. In the early years, teachers were also professionals in the field. Currently, we operate under peer supervision. Painters use oil paint, watercolor, pastel, ink, and other techniques. Long-time painting enthusiasts “teach” and advise beginners. There is freedom to paint in your own unique style. Newcomers are always welcome, and age is no barrier.
